According to a statement released by the Algerian Ministry of Defense, the first operation took place in the military sector of Tamanrasset, located in the extreme south of Algeria.

This operation resulted in the capture of four terrorists who were identified as members of active terrorist groups operating in the Sahel region.

The forces also seized two machine guns, four Kalashnikov rifles, and a substantial amount of ammunition.

The second operation occurred in the Bordj Badji Mokhtar province, also in southern Algeria. During this mission, the army successfully detained the wanted terrorist known as Barboushi Maata Moulin.
