In response to a significant increase in ticket demand from the Algerian community in France, Air Algérie has announced the launch of new flights to and from French cities this summer.

The airline will add 97 flights to its summer schedule, providing nearly 20,000 additional seats.

Air Algérie’s management has increased the number of flights on its French network under special measures aimed at facilitating the return of expatriates to Algeria during the summer holidays.

This initiative aligns with the directives of Algeria’s higher authorities, prioritizing the smooth return of expatriates for family reunions and summer vacations.

To support this effort, the airline introduced a special summer offer named “Asrra” at the end of April, featuring up to 70% discounts on tickets for families.

Since the launch of this offer on April 22, Air Algérie has seen over 474,237 round-trip bookings, with more than 35% of these reservations made in July alone.

The booking statistics reveal that 21.32% of sales were made through Air Algérie’s various agencies, 18.33% via the airline’s website, mobile app, and call center, and the remaining 17.42% through intermediary travel agencies within Algeria and 42.92% from abroad.

To meet the heightened demand from the Algerian diaspora, Air Algérie has added 97 special flights on its French routes, resulting in an additional 19,788 seats.

The most popular destinations for Algerians taking advantage of the “Asrra” offer are French cities, due to the large Algerian community there, followed by other tourist destinations such as Tunisia, Egypt, Turkey, and Spain.

The exceptional offer, which includes substantial discounts on international flight tickets for Algerian families, will remain available until August 31, 2024, subject to seat and date availability.

Air Algérie encourages all interested parties to book their tickets quickly through its website, mobile app, call center, official agencies, or authorized travel agencies.

These special offers and ongoing efforts by Air Algérie are part of a strategic plan to meet customer expectations, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen trust in the national airline.

These initiatives come at a time when Air Algérie is striving to achieve positive results, demonstrating its ability to excel despite various challenges, thereby reaffirming its status as a preferred choice for many and countering any criticisms.

Furthermore, the new summer offer “Asrra” stands out among all competing airline offers, showcasing Air Algérie’s leadership in aviation services and customer care this season. This reinforces its leading position and capability to meet customer needs.
