A displacement of residents from the Al-Tabiya area in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, which is under the control of the Syrian regime, towards the city of Deir ez-Zor, Local media sources reported.

This movement coincides with a military build-up by international coalition forces.

Sources further reveal that a massive convoy of coalition forces is crossing the Al-Busayrah city bridge and heading towards the town of Al-Shheil in eastern Deir ez-Zor.

These sources indicate that the recent military reinforcements of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), which were brought in from Al-Hasakah, Al-Qamishli, and Raqqa to the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, were carried out under direct American orders.

In a related context, the local website “Al-Khabour” reports that US forces are conducting military patrols for the second consecutive day in the vicinity of the town of Al-Darbasiyah, north of Al-Hasakah.

Local sources also revealed yesterday, Saturday, the presence of military build-up by the SDF in the Al-Maamel area in the industrial city, Al-Mahlaj, the Deir ez-Zor mill checkpoint, and the western line.
