The Jordanian state television announced that the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, in collaboration with the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army, dispatched a new food aid convoy to the people of Gaza on Tuesday. The convoy, consisting of 24 trucks loaded with 427 tons of supplies, carried food parcels and flour.

Dr. Hussein Al-Shibli, the Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, stated that this land convoy crossed the King Hussein Bridge earlier today, preparing for its delivery to the inhabitants of Gaza.

This move came concurrently with the Royal Jordanian Air Force’s aerial delivery of aid to the sector.

Al-Shibli emphasized that this convoy continues Jordan’s efforts to support the people of Gaza amidst their current circumstances.

The convoy was prepared with food and relief materials for distribution within the sector. This gesture underlines Jordan’s ongoing commitment to providing humanitarian aid and support to the Gaza Strip, demonstrating solidarity and assistance during challenging times.
