The White House is considering air-dropping aid to Gaza from US military planes as land deliveries become increasingly challenging.

US officials cite concerns over worsening humanitarian crisis, especially in northern Gaza where famine risks escalate.

According to the UN, aid reaching Gaza has halved compared to January. Hamas police ceased escorting aid trucks due to Israeli strikes, leaving trucks vulnerable to theft.

Israeli restrictions compound aid delivery issues, causing truck congestion at crossings.

US officials admit air-dropping aid won’t have a major impact due to limited cargo capacity.
Air-dropping may slightly alleviate the crisis, but land routes remain the primary focus. Egyptian military released footage of aid air-drops over Gaza.

Egyptian military spokesperson announced joint air-drops with friendly nations to deliver humanitarian aid to northern Gaza.
