Cities and capitals around the world witnessed massive demonstrations today, condemning the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
Thousands participated in protests organized in Berlin, Mannheim, the Danish city of Aarhus, Delbosch in the Netherlands, Milan in Italy, Manchester in the UK, and the Tunisian capital, in support of the Palestinian people, calling for an immediate ceasefire and the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
Protesters waved Palestinian flags and signs denouncing the Israeli occupation’s crimes against Palestinians, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA.
Participants urged an end to double standards and demanded accountability for the occupation’s massacres, especially against children, condemning the genocide in Gaza.
Amman, the capital of Jordan, also saw large protests on Friday against the ongoing Israeli aggression and the blockade preventing relief supplies from reaching the Palestinian people.
On Wednesday, demonstrations took place outside the British Parliament in London, demanding an end to the Israeli onslaught on Gaza.
Earlier today, Dr. Hisham Muhanna, a spokesperson for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Gaza, stated that the Israeli military continues its hostile actions around hospitals in the Gaza Strip. He reported that medical teams in Gaza have been attacked by the Israeli military on several occasions.
The ICRC spokesperson in Gaza warned of escalating health risks due to Israeli violations and ongoing hostilities around hospitals.
He mentioned that the Nasser Medical Complex remains besieged, with no patient admissions, highlighting the grave danger posed by hospitals going out of service, threatening the lives of hundreds of thousands reliant on these facilities.
