Putin Announces Strategic Nuclear Forces Upgrade

Russian President Vladimir Putin declared that the modernization of Russia’s Strategic Nuclear Forces is on the verge of completion, with the naval component reaching an impressive 100%, according to his statement at the Everything for Victory forum of the All-Russian People’s Front on Friday.

Putin stated, “Our Strategic Nuclear Forces have now been modernized practically in full, standing at 95%. Additionally, the naval component has reached almost 100% completion.”

Addressing the audience, he emphasized the government’s commitment to achieving similar results in equipping both the army and navy with a comprehensive range of conventional weapons, including cutting-edge next-generation technologies. Putin assured the audience, saying, “We will undoubtedly realize these plans together with you.”

Furthermore, the president outlined the positive impact on defense manufacturers and design bureaus, ensuring a sustained flow of orders for years to come. He explained that production lines will undergo upgrades and expansions to meet the demands of the comprehensive modernization efforts.
