In a tragic turn of events, fifteen Palestinians lost their lives early Sunday as a result of Israeli air bombardments targeting the central and southern regions of the Gaza Strip, as reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA.

Thirteen individuals perished in an airstrike on a residence in the Nuseirat camp located in central Gaza, while a woman and her child met a tragic end in the southern city of Khan Younis.

In addition to the aerial assaults in Gaza, the Israeli army reportedly killed two Palestinians during incursions in the West Bank on the same day, according to WAFA. Issam Al-Fayed, a 46-year-old disabled individual, was shot dead at the entrance of the Jenin refugee camp. Another casualty, 20-year-old Omar Laham, lost his life due to a gunshot to the head during clashes with Israeli forces in the Dheisheh refugee camp south of Bethlehem.

The escalating violence and loss of lives underscore the ongoing tensions in the region, prompting international concerns about the humanitarian impact of the conflict and the urgent need for diplomatic efforts to de-escalate the situation.
