Saudi Arabia’s King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman have issued directives to initiate a fundraising campaign on the Sahem platform, affiliated with the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), aimed at assisting the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
As part of this initiative, King Salman has contributed SR30 million, while Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has donated SAR20 million to the fundraising campaign.
Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, Advisor to the Royal Court and Supervisor General of KSrelief, emphasized that this fundraising effort aligns with the historical role of the Kingdom in supporting the Palestinian people during various crises. He highlighted that Saudi Arabia has consistently provided humanitarian and development support to the Palestinians.
Saudi Arabia stands among the top donor countries offering assistance to the Palestinian people, with ongoing support for various aspects of their well-being. Dr. Al Rabeeah expressed gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince for their continuous support to aid the Palestinian population.
