In an early morning incident in Tubas, located in the West Bank, two Palestinians were killed and several others were injured by Israeli military forces.
According to the Palestinian news agency WAFA, the Israeli forces raided Al-Far’a camp, situated to the south of the city, deploying snipers at the camp’s entrance.
The soldiers opened fire on the Palestinians, resulting in the death of two young men and wounding four others.
Further exacerbating tensions, Israeli forces also conducted raids in various neighborhoods across the cities of Qalqilya, Tulkarm, Hebron, and Jenin.
During these operations, Palestinians were subjected to gunfire, leading to the injury of at least one individual. Additionally, a young Palestinian man was arrested in these sweeping raids.
The escalation of violence in the West Bank comes amidst increasing confrontations between Palestinian residents and Israeli forces.
The international community continues to monitor the situation closely, calling for restraint and an end to the violence that threatens the lives of civilians in the region.
