Over the past day, there have been 68 instances of conflict between Ukrainian forces and Russian troops along the front lines.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff, as per Ukrinform’s latest update on the situation.
The Ukrainian Air Force launched strikes on seven groups of Russian soldiers during the day.
Meanwhile, Russia conducted 5 missile attacks, 44 air raids, and 54 assaults with rocket launch systems targeting Ukrainian military positions and civilian areas. The total count of military clashes for the day stood at 68.
The situation continues to be challenging in the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine. There has been no change in the situation in the Volyn and Polissia areas, with no indications of offensive group formations.
In the Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna regions, Russian forces remain stationed near the border, engage in sabotage to hinder Ukrainian military movements, and have been increasing minefield densities along the state boundary in the Belgorod area.
Russian airstrikes targeted areas near Lisne, Rozhkovychi, Druzhba, Bobylivka, Kyianytsia in Sumy, and Vovchansk, Velykyi Burluk in Kharkiv.
Over 30 locations, including Yeline, Buchky in Chernihiv; Stara Huta, Seredyna-Buda, Sosnivka, Vovkivka, Oleksandrivka, Novodmytrivka in Sumy; and Udy, Veterynarne, Vovchansk, Okhrimivka, Mylove, Topoli in Kharkiv, were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar bombardment.
