Uganda & Sudan Discuss Cooperation

In a significant move highlighting the close ties between Uganda and Sudan, President Yoweri Museveni received Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereign Council of Sudan, at the presidential palace in Entebbe. Al-Burhan arrived in Uganda for an official visit earlier today.

The two leaders engaged in bilateral discussions focused on enhancing the already robust relations between their nations.

They explored avenues to boost mutual cooperation, especially given the distinctive ties and shared interests that bind Uganda and Sudan.

Furthermore, both the Sudanese and Ugandan delegations held comprehensive talks. These discussions encompassed various facets of their collaborative efforts across different sectors, aiming to benefit the peoples of both nations.

This meeting underscores the ongoing commitment of both countries to strengthen their partnership and foster mutual growth and prosperity.
