In response to the recent landslide disaster in Ethiopia, the United Arab Emirates has dispatched an aid plane to provide relief to those affected.

This initiative comes under the directives of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, as part of the country’s ongoing humanitarian efforts to support friendly and brotherly nations.

The UAE’s relief efforts aim to deliver urgent assistance to the victims of this natural disaster, which has resulted in significant loss of life.

Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation, reaffirmed the UAE’s unwavering commitment to supporting nations in times of crises and disasters.

She emphasized that this aid underscores the nation’s deep dedication to enhancing humanitarian and relief work on a global scale.

“This response reflects the UAE’s humanitarian values and its continuous efforts to extend a helping hand to affected communities around the world,” Al Hashimy added.
