UAE & Jordan Discuss Military Cooperation

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Jordanian Armed Forces Yousef Huneiti, received on Monday in his office at the General Command, Deputy Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces, Major General Sheikh Ahmed bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, which was attended by a number of senior officers of the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army, and the UAE military attaché in Amman, the two sides discussed aspects of cooperation and joint coordination in various operational, training, and logistical military fields. This collaboration aims to serve the desired objectives of the armed forces in both countries.

The meeting reflects the shared commitment of Jordan and the UAE to deepen their military cooperation, sharing expertise in operational and training procedures, and enhance logistical coordination.

The discussions underline the strong bilateral relations between the two nations, with military cooperation being a key pillar of their strategic partnership.
