The Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad has issued an urgent appeal to Tunisians currently in Niger who wish to return to Tunisia.

The call aims to facilitate their repatriation under the best possible conditions and at the earliest opportunity, in light of recent events in the region.

According to an official statement by the Tunisian ministry, individuals seeking to communicate with the Tunisian Embassy in Ouagadougou can do so through established channels.

The ministry emphasized its continuous monitoring of the situation in the Republic of Niger, in coordination with the Tunisian embassy in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, to ensure the well-being of the Tunisian community in the neighboring country.

Furthermore, the ministry has urged Tunisians present in Niger and wishing to return to Tunisia to get in touch with the Tunisian diplomatic mission in Ouagadougou.

This move is to ensure a smooth and safe repatriation process, allowing them to return home as swiftly and securely as possible.
