Saudi Arabia’s Almarai has successfully completed its acquisition of Etmam Logistics Co. for SAR 182 million, as announced in a recent statement on Tadawul.
This strategic move is set to enhance Almarai’s capabilities in distributing a broad spectrum of frozen products across the Kingdom.
The acquisition is aimed at bolstering the company’s catering services by expanding its product offerings. It is also expected to drive growth in various segments of Almarai’s business, including poultry, ice cream, and baked goods, while paving the way for future expansion into additional categories.
Etmam Logistics, which specializes in providing storage and distribution services for frozen products, was acquired by Almarai in December 2023 for the same amount of SAR 182 million, as per the data from Argaam.
