In a significant move aimed at attracting international investors, entrepreneurs, and specialized professionals in alignment with the Vision 2030 initiative, Saudi Arabia has announced the introduction of five new premium residency schemes.
Applicants meeting the specified criteria will have the opportunity to secure premium residency status for themselves and their family members. This prestigious status grants the right to run businesses, enjoy visa-free international travel, and own real estate within the Kingdom.
The newly introduced residency products cater to specific categories of working professionals, talents, and investors. The ‘Special Talent’ Residency targets executives and professionals specializing in healthcare, science, and research. The objective is to attract individuals with unique skills and experiences who can contribute to knowledge and technology transfers.
The ‘Gifted’ Residency aims to integrate skilled professionals and talented individuals into Saudi Arabia’s vibrant cultural and sports sectors. Simultaneously, the ‘Investor’ Residency is tailored for investors seeking opportunities in Saudi Arabia’s flourishing business landscape to generate high-impact returns across the economy.
The ‘Entrepreneur’ Residency is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and owners of innovative projects, fostering the launch and development of startups in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the nation’s ambitious economic transformation journey. Lastly, the ‘Real Estate Owner’ Residency is crafted for individuals who own real estate, providing them with the opportunity to enjoy the Kingdom’s exceptional quality of life and benefit from its rapidly developing real estate market.
These new products, developed in collaboration with the Premium Residency Center’s strategic partners across various government entities, offer a plethora of benefits to holders. These include the ability to conduct business, own real estate, obtain work permits for both holders and their family members, and various other advantages provided by the Premium Residency Center in cooperation with government partners.
