In an inauguration ceremony for the fourth year of the eighth session of the Shura Council, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman delivered the Annual Royal Speech, emphasizing the Kingdom’s accomplishments and its commitment to key principles in foreign policy.

The Crown Prince, acting on behalf of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, expressed gratitude for the nation’s blessings and achievements across various domains. He highlighted Saudi Arabia’s hosting of the Joint Arab-Islamic Extraordinary Summit, convened to address the challenges faced by the Gaza Strip. Through this summit, the Kingdom sought to mobilize joint Arab and Islamic action and exert pressure on the international community to address the Israeli aggression and facilitate humanitarian aid delivery to Gaza.

Crown Prince Mohammed underscored the Kingdom’s consistent foreign policy approach, rooted in respect for the sovereignty of nations, non-interference in internal affairs, commitment to international legitimacy, adherence to principles of good neighborliness, peaceful dispute resolution, and the pursuit of regional and global security and stability.

The opening ceremony was attended by notable dignitaries, including princes, ministers, high-ranking officials, and senior members of the Shura Council, reflecting the significance of the annual address and the strategic priorities of Saudi Arabia in regional and international affairs.
