Libya’s crude oil production reached 1.22 million barrels per day, with condensate production hitting 53,000 barrels per day over the past 24 hours, as announced by the National Oil Corporation on Friday evening.

According to the latest data from the Central Bank of Libya, oil sales revenues amounted to $12 billion, with oil royalties reaching 2 billion dinars during the first two months of the current year (January and February).

Total public revenues amounted to 14.336 billion dinars, while expenditures totaled 10.923 billion dinars. Of these, 10.3 billion went solely to the first category (salaries), representing 94%.

The Central Bank’s records did not show any development, operational, or emergency expenditures for the National Oil Corporation during January and February 2024. Meanwhile, 655,584,500 dinars were allocated as exceptional arrangements for the corporation, but were entirely designated for salaries.
