Renowned actor Al Pacino has become a father once again, defying age norms as he welcomes a child at the age of 83, according to reports from US media on Thursday.

Al Pacino’s girlfriend, 29-year-old Noor Alfallah, gave birth to their son, Roman Pacino, as confirmed by a representative cited by People magazine. At the time of reporting, Al Pacino’s agent had not responded to a request for comment from AFP.

The esteemed actor, famous for his iconic roles in films like “The Godfather” (1972), “Scarface” (1983), and “Scent of a Woman” (1992) which earned him an Oscar, already has three adult children from previous relationships. Alfallah, on the other hand, was previously associated with rock star Mick Jagger.

Al Pacino’s joyful news follows a similar announcement made by fellow movie legend Robert De Niro, who welcomed his seventh child at the age of 79.
