The Health Ministry in Gaza reported a staggering toll as Israel’s military operation claims the lives of 80 individuals in just one day.

In a grim update, the ministry discloses that the total count of casualties in the Gaza Strip has reached a heartbreaking 34,262, with thousands more wounded.

Tensions reignited in the region since October 7, 2023, when Hamas militants launched a surprise assault on Israeli territory from Gaza. This escalation follows a series of events triggered by clashes at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem’s Old City.

In retaliation, Israel imposed a blockade on Gaza and initiated airstrikes, leading to widespread devastation. Clashes have spread to other areas, including the West Bank.

Amid accusations and blame, the toll on civilian lives continues to mount, sparking international concern for the escalating conflict.
