England and Manchester United footballer Marcus Rashford was involved in a car accident on Saturday evening but emerged without serious injuries.

The crash occurred after he left the Carrington training ground of Manchester United in his white Rolls Royce.

Following a match at Turf Moor, Rashford and his teammates were on their way back when the incident took place.

Videos from the scene depict his significantly damaged car by the road and a nearby traffic island’s pole knocked down.

Rashford acknowledged the incident on Instagram, assuring fans of his well-being. Police arrived at the Carrington Spur location; however, no arrests were made, and there was no need for ambulances.

Bruno Fernandes, Manchester United’s captain, happened upon the accident and promptly offered assistance.
Current photos from the location display traffic cones, barriers, and scattered debris around the traffic island.

Breaking his silence in an Instagram post, he said: “3 points on the road! I’m alright guys thanks for the messages.”
Cops rushed to Carrington Spur but no arrests were made, and no ambulances were called.

The star forward’s captain Bruno Fernandes came across the scene and urgently stopped to offer help.

Pictures from the area today show traffic cones and barriers around a traffic island littered with debris.

“Marcus is fine and was not injured,” a United spokesman said. “It was an accidental collision as he left the training ground after returning from Burnley. It was an incident involving his car and one driven by a member of the public. Thankfully both were uninjured and no ambulance was required.”

“Modern vehicles are incredibly robust, and that helped to protect Marcus,” a source told the Mirror. “He got out of the car unassisted and his first thought was for the woman motorist to make sure that she was not hurt.

“Bruno [Fernandes] stopped because he saw his team mate and obviously he was worried about him and the woman driver. So he made sure they were both fine and able to leave the scene without any problems.”
