Egyprian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly arrived on Wednesday at Oliver Reginald Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, South Africa, to represent President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, in the fifteenth summit meetings of the BRICS group.
These meetings are being held within the framework of the “BRICS Plus” format, under the theme “BRICS and Africa: Partnership for Accelerated Growth, Sustainable Development, and Egyptian PM Arrives in South Africa to Participate in BRICSComprehensive Multilateral Action.”
The summit is scheduled to take place from August 22nd to 24th, with the attendance of several heads of state and government.
Madbouly is set to attend an official dinner banquet and a cultural celebration hosted by Cyril Ramaphosa, the President of South Africa, for participating delegation heads later today.
Furthermore, Prime Minister Madbouly is expected to deliver Egypt’s speech in a high-level dialogue session tomorrow.
He is also anticipated to contribute insights in various other sessions and hold meetings with representatives from different companies.
