EDGE & Turbomachine Sign Agreement

EDGE, a prominent global player in advanced technology and defense sectors, has entered into a strategic pact with Turbomachine, a leading Brazilian turbine engine developer.

Turbomachine specializes in pioneering research, innovation, and engineering in the aerospace domain, focusing on gas turbine engines and plasma-assisted combustion solutions.

Under this agreement, EDGE and Turbomachine will collaborate closely on engine development, encompassing turbofan and propellant fan technologies, tailored for EDGE’s range of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and missiles.

The signing ceremony took place at Turbomachine’s headquarters in São José dos Campos, witnessed by senior management representatives from both EDGE and Turbomachine, along with Vice Admiral Marco Antonio Ismael Trovão de Oliveira from the Brazilian Navy.

Vice Admiral Marco Antonio Ismael Trovão de Oliveira highlighted the significance of this partnership, emphasizing its foundation on trust, shared values, knowledge exchange, and a common objective to drive innovation boundaries in order to create advanced technological solutions for the collective benefit.
