The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has confirmed a sharp rise in the death toll as a result of the recent Israeli aggression on Gaza, with the number of deceased reaching 9,488, including 3,900 children and 2,500 women.

In a grave statement released on Saturday, the Ministry pointed out that among the victims were 150 medical staff members and that 57 ambulances were destroyed.

The Israeli occupation has deliberately targeted 105 healthcare institutions, resulting in 16 hospitals being put out of service.

Furthermore, the Health Ministry in Gaza detailed that an Israeli attack on the Al-Fakhoura school, which was sheltering refugees in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, resulted in 15 deaths and 54 injuries.
