Recent statistics indicate that since the beginning of Israeli aggression on Baalbek-Hermel and Central Bekaa, the death toll has reached 282, with 777 injured. A total of 704 airstrikes have been recorded as of midnight Friday, escalating tensions in the region, including areas surrounding the town of Chtoura.

Towns such as Deir El Ahmar, Shlifa, Btedei, Beshwat, Arsal, Ras Baalbek, Al-Fakiha, and Jboul have been sheltering refugees. Churches, mosques, and Islamic endowments have opened their doors to accommodate those fleeing violence. Locals have shown extraordinary hospitality, sharing their food supplies generously with the displaced.
