In a speech at the Davos Forum, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken stressed the need for any Palestinian authority to receive support from Israel to be effective. He reaffirmed that there would be no regional stability without recognition of a Palestinian state.

During his address, the U.S. Secretary of State issued a warning, highlighting a significant potential for the expansion of conflict throughout the Middle East. He called for the establishment of a genuine Palestinian state with unified governance.

Regarding dealing with Iran, Blinken acknowledged that withdrawing from the Iranian nuclear agreement was a major mistake, and the current situation is not what they had hoped for.
