The Austrian government, represented by Deputy Chancellor Werner Kogler, has announced its decision to increase Austrian humanitarian aid to Palestinians.

Kogler emphasized that Austria will not cut humanitarian aid but will continue to expand it in certain areas.

Furthermore, Austria has welcomed the establishment of a humanitarian corridor to the Gaza Strip with support from the United States and the European Union.

In a statement released on Friday, Deputy Chancellor Kogler expressed his commitment to supporting demonstrations that advocate for the rights of the Palestinian people and call for the protection of innocent civilians.

The international community, including Austria, recognizes the importance of safeguarding the rights and well-being of civilians in conflict zones.

Austria’s commitment to increasing humanitarian aid and supporting peaceful demonstrations is part of its broader efforts to contribute to a just and peaceful resolution of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

As Austria extends its humanitarian support and encourages international cooperation, it reaffirms its commitment to alleviating the suffering of those affected by conflicts and crises in the Middle East.

The establishment of a humanitarian corridor to Gaza is a positive step toward addressing the urgent needs of the people in the region and promoting stability and peace.
