In a significant stride towards broadening its international footprint, ADNOC Distribution has unveiled the inauguration of three ADNOC service stations in Egypt, marking its entry into the Egyptian market. The strategic placement of these service stations in key locations across Greater Cairo aims to provide comprehensive vehicle services to the local communities.

This expansion follows ADNOC Distribution’s acquisition of a 50% stake in TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt LLC (TEME) earlier this year, underscoring the company’s commitment to growth and diversification. The official inauguration ceremony took place at the ADNOC service station in Degla Maadi and was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Eng. Tarek El Molla, Egypt’s Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, H.E. Mariam Alkaabi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Egypt, Mr. Khaled Abdel Aal, Cairo Governor, and Mr. Alaa El Batal, President of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation.

As part of its initial launch, ADNOC Distribution introduced its renowned ADNOC Oasis convenience stores, specially tailored to meet the preferences of Egyptian customers. These stores offer an extensive range of food and beverage options, including the brand’s signature 100% Arabica coffee, prepared by professionally trained baristas in accordance with International Specialty Coffee Association standards. The promise of an enhanced shopping experience and a commitment to customer service excellence are at the core of ADNOC Oasis.

The joint venture between ADNOC Distribution and TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt LLC (TEME) encompasses a diversified downstream portfolio that includes 240 fuel retail stations, over 100 convenience stores, 250 lube changing stations, car wash facilities, lubricant products, wholesale operations, and aviation fuel services. The joint venture has already expanded its corporate portfolio in the aviation fuels sector by securing the right to supply aviation fuel to Etihad Airways for flights departing from Cairo.

Furthermore, the partnership is actively working on establishing the infrastructure and logistics necessary to launch ADNOC Voyager, the brand’s premium range of automotive vehicle lubricants, approved by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Egyptian consumers will soon have access to ADNOC Voyager products at ADNOC service stations and in the broader local lubricants market.

The newly inaugurated ADNOC service stations in Egypt are fully operational around the clock, located in Degla Maadi, Obour City, and on the Suez Ring Road. These stations offer a comprehensive suite of vehicle services, including car wash facilities, lubricant changes, and tire services. Maintenance services are available at the Maadi Degla and Obour City service stations.

All three locations feature ADNOC Oasis convenience stores, where customers can find an array of products, including fresh foods, bakery items, and made-to-order specialty coffee beverages crafted by skilled baristas. ADNOC Distribution’s expansion into Egypt represents the latest milestone in the company’s ongoing international growth journey, which began with its first service station outside the UAE in 2018 when it expanded into Saudi Arabia. The company’s dedication to delivering quality service and convenience to customers remains at the forefront of its global strategy. Stay tuned for further developments as ADNOC Distribution continues to expand its presence in Egypt.
