A formal delegation from the Arab Parliament will participate in monitoring the Jordanian parliamentary elections, set to take place tomorrow, Tuesday.

This involvement comes under the directive of the President of the Arab Parliament, Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Asoomi.

The delegation is led by Ahlam Al-Lafi, Chairwoman of the Social Committee in the Arab Parliament. The participation follows an invitation from the Chairman of Jordan’s Independent Election Commission, Musa Al-Maaytah.

The delegation will oversee the election process and monitor the procedures across various electoral districts in Jordan.

The President of the Arab Parliament emphasized the importance of observing constitutional milestones in Arab nations, noting that monitoring democratic processes in these countries not only strengthens them but also contributes to their development and advancement.

Following the conclusion of its mission, the Arab Parliament is set to release a comprehensive report detailing the observations and findings from its monitoring of the election process.

This marks the Parliament’s ongoing commitment to supporting and promoting democratic governance across the Arab world.
