Hamas movement stated that it is closely monitoring the negotiation process through intermediaries in Egypt and Qatar. It emphasized that it has presented a comprehensive vision aimed at fulfilling the aspirations of the Palestinian people.

The ongoing Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, by land, sea, and air, since October 7, has resulted in more than 31,000 martyrs, mostly children and women, and over 74,000 injuries, in a preliminary toll. Thousands of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, as the occupation prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.

Civilians in the occupied Palestinian territories, including Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem, are facing serious violations of international humanitarian law by Israeli forces.

Reports indicate the bombing of civilian homes, the destruction of infrastructure and civilian facilities, and the use of various types of weapons, including those internationally banned, such as cluster bombs and white phosphorus. This has resulted in severe loss of civilian lives and property. Furthermore, the Gaza Health Ministry announced today that the death toll from the Israeli war on the enclave since October 7 has risen to 31,819, while the number of injured has increased to 73,934, according to the “Arab World News Agency.”
