Algeria & African Court Discuss Cooperation

President Abdelmadjid Tebboune of Algeria received the President of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, Imani Daud Aboud, on Monday. According to a statement from the Presidency, the meeting was attended by the Acting Director of the Presidential Office, Boualam Boualam, and the Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Abdel Rachid Tabi.

The engagement highlights Algeria’s commitment to human rights issues on the African continent. The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, headquartered in Arusha, Tanzania, is a vital institution in ensuring the observance of human rights across Africa.
