Egyptian Lawyer Mortada Mansour Forms New Political Party

President of Zamalek Sports Club and controversial Egyptian lawyer Mortada Mansour has announced the establishment of Al Ikhlas Political Party.

Mansour emphasised that the party’s purpose is “to serve the country and safeguard state institutions.”

During a press conference held Wednesday, Mansour stated, “We, a group of patriotic Egyptians, have decided to establish a political party.”

He clarified that his party is inclusive, comprising individuals of all ages, genders, religions, and societal backgrounds.

Mansour highlighted the party’s commitment to equality, stating, “In Al Ikhlas Party, there is no discrimination based on race, color, or religion. It is a party for all Egyptians and encompasses a diverse group of experts in law, constitution, investment, economics, and foreign policy.”
