In a recent escalation of violence, six Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike near a beach in Gaza City, according to Palestinian health officials. The attack underscores the ongoing conflict that has intensified since early October.

The Gaza Health Ministry, operated by the Hamas administration, reported a staggering toll: 40,435 Palestinians have been killed, and 93,534 have been injured in the Israeli military campaign against the Gaza Strip that began on October 7. This latest strike adds to the mounting casualties.

Israel’s aggressive military actions come in response to an unprecedented assault by Hamas on southern Israel, which resulted in approximately 1,200 Israeli deaths, according to official Israeli figures. The conflict has caused widespread devastation and significant loss of life on both sides.
