The Ukrainian military announced on Sunday what they claim is a tally of Russian army losses in terms of personnel and equipment since the beginning of the current crisis.

According to military authorities in Kyiv, the number of Russian soldiers killed since the start of the crisis in February 2022 has risen to approximately 388,750, with 810 soldiers reported killed just yesterday.

This information was released by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on their official Facebook page and reported by the Ukrainian National News Agency “Ukrinform” on Sunday.

The statement further details that Ukrainian forces have destroyed 6,343 tanks, including two just yesterday, 11,818 armored combat vehicles, 9,331 artillery systems, 979 multiple-launch rocket systems, and 663 air defense systems.

Additionally, the Ukrainian military claims to have destroyed 332 aircraft, 324 helicopters, 7,173 drones, 1,848 cruise missiles, 24 warships, one submarine, 12,393 fuel trucks, and 1,479 special equipment units.

It’s important to note that these numbers are provided by the Ukrainian military and have not been independently verified.

The conflict in Ukraine has been ongoing for several years, resulting in significant casualties and equipment losses on both sides.

The situation remains fluid, and any reporting should be considered in the context of the ongoing conflict in the region.
